Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Can I please remind you that our site is secured by 128 bit encryption.
Spare Parts R Us operates a minimum order of £5.00.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The Specification of products displayed in our catalogue are correct to the best of our knowledge, however from time to time technical data, dimensions and weights may differ or change we will do our very best to keep our catalogue updated with information, no guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations shown on our web catalogue, colour & visual appearance may sometimes vary slightly to our visuals.
Spare Parts R Us reserves the right to change our product prices without prior notice, due to currency fluctuations, inflationary cost increases and changes in rates of taxation e.g. vat, which may cause our prices to go up or down.

Shipping And Handling
Spare parts R Us charge a sliding scale cost for postage and package of orders relating to the weight of the consignment. We do try to include the total order in to 1 box, but if this box becomes to heavey or to large for our despatch process, we will use more boxes as nessersary with no extra cost to you the customer. If however the total consignment exceeds 30Kg Spare Parts R Us will contact you the customer with details of any additional cost prior to despatch of your order. |
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, in many cases you will receive your order in 3-5 working days, but please be aware that in times of high volume orders, it can take up to 21 working days.
We are sorry we unable to give exact times of delivery but an e-mail will be sent on shipping.
Delivery will only be attempetd on one occasion, if no one is available to receive the delivery a card will be left instucting you of your options. You may need to collect your parcel from your local P.O or City Link depot. Please Note* a re-delivery charge of £6.00 will apply for any City Link deliveries.
At present we deliver to the UK mainland only. We can deliver to the channel islands and northern island upon prior arrangment. Please contact us via e-mail or fax to arrange this service. |

Returns Policy
In the event of good been returned they must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including your original receipt/ invoice and a written explanation for reason of return. Where possible goods should be returned in the original state and packaging.
All returns must be reported to Spare Parts R Us prior to despatch of your return goods as we will not accept goods without prior notice.
Carriage charges can not be refunded, however in the event of faulty goods please contact us via e-mail of fax and we will arrange collection of the goods to your convenience. |
