Where do we deliver to.....


At present we deliver to the UK mainland only.
We can deliver to the channel islands and northern island upon prior arrangment. Please contact us via e-mail to arrange this service.

How long will it take.....

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days, in many cases you will receive your order in 3-5 working days, but please be aware that in times of high volume orders, it can take up to 21 working days. You will be contacted via e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Will I need to be in when my order arrives.....

If your order is being delivered via royal mail and you are not in when delivery is attempted you may collect your item from your local post office and a card will be left. If your order is being delivered via City link courier then a signature will be required and one delivery attempt will be made, if you are not in a card will be left and you will need to follow the carded instructions or you may collect from your local City Link Branch.

Who will deliver my order.....

Depending on the size and weight of your order it will be delivered by a recognised courier, royal mail or by one of own delivery vehicles.

What will the cost of delivery be.....

On our website we have have a sliding scale of 1st class, 2nd class and next working day courier delivery before 17.30. The postage costs works in relation to the weight of your order and will be added at the second page of the checkout process. This system has been introduced to cut down on high postage costs for smaller orders, and gives our customers more options for delivery. If your order exceeds one and a half kg it will automaticly be dispatched via our courier service.
